Refund and Cancellation Policy

Force Majeure

Onlydesi will not be considered if there is a breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).

Cancellation Policy

If customer wants to discontinue then customer has to intimate us through email info@onlydesi.com With the proper reason which will be verify by Onlydesi Team.

No cancellation fee will be levied from the customer for cancellation of the account.

If customer wants to cancel his/her account after obtaining Onlydesi services, customer has to clear all the due payment of Onlydesi.

Refund Policy Customer will not be entitled to claim for refund in any of the following cases:

  • Registration fee will not be Refundable even an Onlydesi User wishes to cancell the account.
  • In case of quality of leads.
  • Processing fee will be refundable, only if customer had informed Onlydesi Team before 7 working days via email (info@onlydesi.com).
